While we host the suite for free for select seminaries, the suite is composed by ERPNext and our module which are both on GitHub. You own the data, if you host with us or on a private-server, and you can move it easily (as a backup or exporting to csv). No vendor lock-in! Soon, we will also release a Docker image to help seminaries in places with poor internet access to run this system locally. We are here to serve our Lord, freely as the Gospel.
End-to-End Solution
The Seminary module covers everything you need, from accepting applications on the Portal, managing course offerings, credits, transcript, program emphasis, and much more. As the student register or a term changes, configurable fees automatically generate a Sales Invoice on ERPNext, allowing you to control balances easily. The integration of operations and accounting makes it easier to assure data quality and a good understanding of the financial status of the school.
